BOS GLOBAL Holdings Limited ("BOS GLOBAL" or "the Company") (AIM: BOS), the software developer focused on improving productivity and creating operational efficiencies in the workplace, continues to undertake due diligence in relation to its planned acquisition of 40% of Call Design Pty Ltd, ("Call Design") that was announced on 20 March 2017. Call Design is a profitable, Australian based, global provider of workforce optimisation tools, focused particularly on call centre services, which has an established blue chip client base.

Call Design today announced the worldwide debut at iSelect of Aspect Via, Aspect's integrated customer engagement centre in the cloud. The plan now is to ramp up the traffic to replace the existing legacy platform and enable iSelect to optimise their business by taking advantage of the features of the Via platform.

Call Design also announced an additional contract extension with a major Australian Banking and Finance organisation with a value in excess of $1.3m.
