Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that on 7 May 2015, a trust to which Mr. E.J. Boot, Group Managing Director, is a trustee and therefore in which he has a non-beneficial interest, transferred 130,915 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to his niece, a beneficiary of the trust, for nil consideration. Consequently, Mr. Boot's beneficial holding of 5,672,964 Ordinary Shares (representing 4.298% of the Company's issued share capital) remains unchanged.
