Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated with them
The Company has today been advised of a transfer by way of gift of 120,000 Ordinary Shares by Mr John Reis to a new family trust, the John Reis 2019 Discretionary Settlement. The Ordinary Shares are registered in the joint names of Mr John Reis, Mr Peter Scott and Mr James Sykes (a non-executive director of the Company) as trustees of the John Reis 2019 Discretionary Settlement. The transaction has the effect of increasing Mr Sykes' non-beneficial interest by 120,000 Ordinary Shares.

As a result of the above transaction, the total beneficial and non-beneficial interests of Mr Sykes in the Ordinary Shares are now as follows:
