Henry Boot PLC 2010 Sharesave Plan ('the Plan') - Grant of Share Options
The Company has been advised that on 24 October 2017, options had been granted to Executive Directors and PDMRs of the Company, as set out in the table below, under the terms of the Plan, at an option price of £2.70p each.
These awards were consequent to an invitation made to all employees.
