Issue of Options

boohoo.com plc (AIM: BOO), one of the UK's largest pure-play online, own brand fashion retailers, announces that options over a total of 2,585,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each were granted on 9 June 2016 to 133 employees pursuant to the Company's Employee Share Option Plan ('ESOP'). Following these grants the Company has a total of 28,891,233 Ordinary Shares under option representing approximately 2.8% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The options granted have a vesting period of three years, a total exercise period of ten years and an exercise price of 57.75 pence per Ordinary Share.
