boohoo group plc - Completion of Agenda for Change

boohoo is pleased to announce this morning the publication of Sir Brian Leveson's fifth, and final, report ("the Report") to the Group's Board. The Report confirms that the Group has completed, as part of its Agenda for Change programme, the work streams identified from the recommendations of its 2020 Independent Review. In line with previous updates, the Report is available on the Group's plc website https://www.boohooplc.com/.
