Board Changes
Further to its announcement of 5 January 2017, Vitesse Media Plc, the AIM-listed digital media and events business, announces that Chris Ingram, Executive Chairman, has notified the Company that he has decided to step down from the Board with effect from 1 July 2017. The Board wishes to thank Chris for his contribution to the Company and to wish him well for the future.
David Smith, currently interim Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, will assume the role of Non-Executive Chairman with effect from 1 July 2017. The Board will commence the search for a new Non-Executive Director in due course.
