Bonmarché announces that, following the disposal by BM Holdings S.à r.l. ("BM Holdings") of its entire interest in the Company's share capital, Sergei Spiridonov, BM Holdings' Board nominee, has stepped down from his position as Non-executive Director of the Board of Bonmarché Holdings PLC with immediate effect.
