Boku (AIM: BOKU), a leading provider of mobile payment solutions announces that it has purchased the following number of its common shares of $0.0001 each through Investec Bank plc ("Investec"). The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

Following the purchase, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 303,110,613 Common Shares, of which 4,926,934 Common Shares are held in treasury under Diagonal Nominees Ltd. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules
