PDMR Dealing
The Company announces that, on 27th and 28th October 2025, Carolina Stannard, a person closely associated (PCA) with Mark Stannard Chief Business Officer of the Company and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, sold in aggregate 289,445 common stock of $0.0001 each in the Company ("Common Stock") for a personal family commitment.
Following this notification, Mark Stannard has a beneficial interest in 100,000 Common Stock (which represents 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company). Mark also continues to hold Performance Restricted Stock Units, the next tranche of which vest in March 2026.
