Confirmation of Board Change
Boku, Inc. (AIM: BOKU), the leading global provider of mobile payment solutions, announces that, further to the Company's announcement of 5 January 2024, Stuart Neal (CEO) was appointed as a director of the Company on 17 January 2024.
The Company also makes the disclosures set out in Annex 1, in relation to Stuart Neal, pursuant to Rule 17 and paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies.
