The Company wishes to announce that it was informed on 5 February 2013 that Rudolph Berends, a director of the Company, acquired 2,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company of 0.025 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.85 pence per share.

As a result of this purchase, Rudolph Berends has an interest in 38,333,335 Ordinary Shares.
