Listing on Botswana Stock Exchange

Botswana Diamonds is pleased to announce that, further to the intention set out in its admission document of 2 February 2011, it has satisfied all of the requirements for listing on the Venture Capital Board of the Botswana Stock Exchange ("BSE"). BOD's shares are expected to commence trading on the BSE on 27th June 2011.

The current admission to trading on AIM remains unaffected.
