LONG TERM INCENTIVE PLAN

This is to announce that further to the Special Resolution that was passed at the last Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company ("the Company" or "the Bank") which was held at the Company's Headquarters on Friday, 20 May 2022, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the establishment and implementation of a long-term incentive plan (the "2022 LTIP") involving the granting of share awards to eligible employees of the Company and/or its subsidiaries. The eligible employees have been notified accordingly and in pursuance to the rules and terms of the 2022 LTIP.
