DJI signs partnership to supply Xinhua for rapidly growing Chinese mobile lottery market

DJI Holdings plc (AIM: DJI, "DJI", the "Group"), a licensed and authorised provider of regulated lottery products in the Chinese lottery market, has been awarded the exclusive contract to supply Xinhuacai Technology Company ("Xinhuacai") with a technology platform and a comprehensive range of mobile lottery games and lottery services.

Xinhuacai is a subsidiary of Xinhuatong Software Development (Beijing) Company ("Xinhuatong Software"), a subsidiary of Xinhua News Agency, the official Chinese Government news and media authority. Xinhuacai has the stated objective to become a leading provider and distributor of lottery products in China.

Xinhuacai is focussed on exploiting the growing mobile lottery market which has benefitted from the rapid spread of smartphones throughout China. Xinhuacai is seeking to secure appropriate licenses and approvals from the relevant lottery authorities and government departments throughout China.

Xinhuacai intends to provide a wide variety of new lottery products and games for both the Welfare and Sports Lotteries to be distributed through numerous sales channels.
