Bankers Petroleum supports signing of the Canadian - Albanian investmentagreement in Ottawa CALGARY, Nov. 28, 2013 /CNW/ - Bankers Petroleum Ltd. ("Bankers") is pleased tosupport the signing of a foreign investment promotion and protection agreement(FIPA) between Canada and Albania. The announcement was made by the HonourableEd Fast, Minister of International Trade at Albania's Independence Dayreception in Ottawa yesterday. As the largest foreign direct investor in Albania, Bankers is pleased tosupport the FIPA treaty designed to provide a legal framework between hostgovernments to promote and protect investments abroad.
