("Bankers" or the"Company") (TSX: BNK) (AIM: BNK) provides notification that a block listingapplication has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission totrading on AIM of 25,737,660 common shares each in the Company (the "BlockListing Shares"). The 25,737,660 Block Listing Shares represent approximately10% of the current issued share capital of the Company. The Block Listing Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to theexercise of options under the Bankers Stock Option Plan and the exercise ofwarrants. Of these Block Listing Shares, 1,718,781 have been issued andallotted and therefore 24,018,879 Block Listing Shares remain under this blocklisting entitlement. The Block Listing Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rankpari passu in all respects with the existing common shares of the Company.
