These warrants vest one-third when the share price closesat CAD$4.00 per share, one-third when the share price closes at CAD$4.50 pershare, and one-third when the share price closes at CAD$5.00 per share, all ofwhich must meet the target price for 20 consecutive business days. Theperformance warrants expire three years following the date of grant. On October 1, 2008, the Company applied to AIM for a blocklisting entitlementof 19,099,529 of common shares. As at August 31, 2013, 1,182,243 common sharesare remaining under this blocklisting entitlement. As at August 31, 2013, the total capitalization of the Company is 254,503,382common shares, 21,229,633 options and 600,000 warrants.
