Disposal Completion

The Company can confirm, following on from the announcement dated 16 April 2015, that its subsidiary, Braime Pressing Limited completed the sale agreement with Leeds Advanced Manufacturing UTC Limited ("LAM") disposing of approximately 1.18 acres of warehousing space and car park for a consideration of £855,000, plus a contribution to "associated works" of £295,000 (the "Disposal").

The sale proceeds are being invested by the Company in relocating and upgrading the existing warehouse and logistics functions which will enhance the future operating efficiency of the company. This project is now well advanced.

The Company looks forward to working with the new advanced engineering UTC College which is scheduled to open in autumn 2016.
