Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the total number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company in issue as at 31 January 2023 is 32,665,818, with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

The above figure of 32,665,818 may therefore be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

As announced by the Company on 1 February 2023, application has been made for an additional 253,434 ordinary shares to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities, and admission is expected to occur on 7 February 2023, following which the Company's total number of ordinary shares will be 32,919,252.
