The Company was informed that Alan Marsh, Chief Executive, acquired 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 1 February 2011 at a price of 487 pence per share which Mr. Marsh gifted in entirety to his adult children.

Accordingly, Mr Marsh remains beneficially interested in 1,244,406 ordinary shares, representing 5.90 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
