Purchase of shares by a director
The Company was informed that today Jürgen Breuer, Non-executive Director, acquired 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 465 pence per share.
Accordingly, Mr Breuer has a beneficial interest in 11,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.04 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
