Director/PDMR Shareholding
Braemar, a leading international Shipbroker and provider of expert advice in shipping investment, chartering and risk management announces that options to acquire ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been exercised by two persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") of the Company, as follows:

The exercise of options occurred in connection with the Company's Save as You Earn scheme ("SAYE") on 21 December 2022 by James Gundy and Alistair Borthwick. Under the terms of the SAYE, the exercise price for the options was £1.60 per Ordinary Share, and the new Ordinary Shares will be allotted and issued under the Company's existing block listing arrangements in early January 2023.
The notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
