Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that on 25 May 2010 the trustee of the Employee Share Ownership Plan (the "ESOP") transferred 6,667 ordinary shares to each of Alan Marsh, James Kidwell, Quentin Soanes and Denis Petropoulos, executive directors of the Company.
The ordinary shares have been transferred out of the ESOP for nil consideration in order to satisfy shares earned under the Long Term Incentive Plan, following satisfaction of the performance conditions.
Following these awards under the Long Term Incentive Plan the holdings of the executive directors are outlined.
