Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company was informed yesterday that Alan Marsh, Chief Executive, acquired 7,325 ordinary shares in the Company on 15 January 2009 at a price of 263.17 pence per share.
Accordingly, Mr Marsh has a beneficial interest in 1,237,739 ordinary shares, representing 5.88 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
