Outstanding Warrants
Berkeley Mineral Resources Plc, the AIM listed resource company engaged in the processing of tailings dumps in Zambia, announces that further to the announcement on 5th August 2013 the terms of the remaining outstanding warrants have been amended to match those exercised on 5th August.
The 72,500,000 warrants remaining in issue will now be exercisable until 24 October 2013 at a price of 2p.
