BENCHMARK HOLDINGS PLC (THE "COMPANY")
The Company has been informed that Ferd AS ("Ferd"), who is associated with Kristian Eikre, subscribed for 12,267,227 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 62 pence per share in the placing announced by the Company on 29 November 2021.
Following this transaction, Ferd has a total beneficial interest in the Company of 185 374Â 388 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 26.3 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The Notification of Dealing Form below is made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 (as amended) as it forms part of the domestic law of the United Kingdom by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (as amended).
