Director's Shareholding

The Company has been informed that Susan Searle, Non-Executive Director, today purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each at a price of 102p per share. Following this purchase, Susan's total interest in Benchmark is 98,125 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
