CORRECTION: This is the same Director Dealings announcement as released at 10.43am today as by the Company - RNS number 2653P - corrected for the total share capital held by Yngve Myhre, Non-Executive Director, in number of Ordinary Shares and as a percentage of the Company's issued share capital following his director dealing. DIRECTOR DEALINGS
The Company has been informed that Peter George, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 600,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in Benchmark ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 34 pence per share on 5 June 2020. Also, the Company has been informed that Yngve Myhre, Non-Executive Director, purchased 200,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 34.1 pence per share on 5 June 2020.
Following these purchases, Peter George's total beneficial interest in the Company is 3,001,219 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.45 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital; and Yngve Myhre's total beneficial interest in the Company is 800,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.12 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
