Benchmark Holdings plc (AIM: BMK), the aquaculture health, advanced nutrition, and genetics business, provides an update on the Directorate Change announcement issued on 19 August 2019 regarding Malcolm Pye stepping down as Benchmark's Chief Executive Officer and becoming a non-executive director of the Company.
Having completed a successful handover of his executive responsibilities over the last three months, Malcolm Pye has notified the Company that he has decided to retire from the board with effect from today in order to pursue other opportunities. The Board of Benchmark reiterates its thanks to Malcolm for his considerable contribution during his time with the Group.
