Baronsmead 2vt Regulatory News (BMD)

The Board of Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc announces that the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 March 2016 was 107.23p per share.

An interim dividend of 7.0p per share has been declared and is payable on 3 June 2016 to members on the register as of 20 May 2016.

The interim dividend of 7.0p per share has not been deducted from the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 March 2016 as the ex-dividend date is 19 May 2016.
