Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc
The Directors have declared an interim dividend of 3.0p per share for the year to 30 September 2020.
The dividend will be paid on 11 September 2020 to shareholders on the register as of 14 August 2020. The last date for elections for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 20 August 2020.
The dividend is declared in line with the current policy to target an annual dividend representing 7% of the opening NAV of that financial year. However, the Board would like to remind shareholders that the dividend policy is not binding and the level of dividends will depend on investment performance, the level of realised profits and available liquidity. As a result, there may be variations in the amounts and timings of dividends paid.
