Bowleven plc ("Bowleven" or the "Company")

Admission of Shares to AIM

Application has been made for the admission of an additional 12,000 shares of 10p each in the capital of Bowleven to trading on AIM. The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company. These shares are being listed in connection with the exercise of options.
