BowLeven Plc12 February 2007 Additional Listing BowLeven plc ("BowLeven") Application has been made for the admission of 29,126 shares of 10p each in thecapital of BowLeven to trading on AIM pursuant to BowLeven's recommendedtakeover offer for FirstAfrica Oil plc (the "Offer"); these shares have beenissued and allotted to two former FirstAfrica non-executive directors who hadreceived provision under the terms of their Letters of Appointment forFirstAfrica to issue them with FirstAfrica shares. Under a compromisearrangement BowLeven has agreed to issue both individuals with 14,563 shares of10p each. These 29,126 BowLeven ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existingordinary shares, and it is expected that Admission to trading on AIM will becomeeffective and that dealings will commence at 8.00am on 13 February 2007. In conformity with the Transparency Directive, following admission of theseshares BowLeven's issued share capital will consist of 73,737,702 ordinaryshares with a nominal value of 10p each.
