Result of General Meeting
The Directors of Belvoir Lettings PLC, (AIM: BLV), are pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held today, 22 October 2015 at the offices of Buchanan Communications Limited at 10.00 a.m. the resolutions put before the meeting were duly passed.
Accordingly, the 711,305 Conditional Placing Shares will be issued and are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on Friday 23 October. Following this, the Company will have 30,546,763 Ordinary Shares in issue, all with voting rights. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury.
As of 23 October, the figure of 30,546,763 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Furthermore, the Directors will be interested in Belvoir's issued share capital as follows:

Belvoir was founded in February 1995 by Mike and Stephanie Goddard and operates from its Central Office in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Belvoir successfully listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange on 21 February 2012.
