Belvoir Group PLC (AIM:BLV), the UK's largest property franchise, has been notified that on 3 September 2020, David Spackman, Managing Director of Newton Fallowell, has gifted 40,000 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife, Teresa Coupland, for nil consideration.
Following this transaction David Spackman remains beneficially interested in 66,785 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.19% of total issued share capital and voting rights of the company.
