Belvoir Group PLC (AIM: BLV), the UK's largest property franchise is pleased to announce that further to the announcement made at 0700 today, the Bookbuild has now been successfully concluded with a total of 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares placed at a price of 150p per Placing Share and has now closed. The Placing Shares represent approximately 5.7 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Participants in the Placing will be contacted by the Bookrunner to confirm their allocations.
