AGM STATEMENT

Regenersis, the global provider of electronic repair, diagnostics and data erasure software, issues a trading update ahead of its AGM to be held today at 12.00pm at Peel Hunt, Moor House, 120 London Wall, London, EC2Y 5ET.

The board is pleased to note that trading continues to be in line with market expectations and the strategic review process, recently announced by the board, is progressing to plan.
