Save As You Earn (SAYE) Share Option Scheme
The British Land Company PLC (the "Company") announces that it has been notified that on 26 June 2020 David Lockyer, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities of the Company, cancelled a SAYE contract granting options at a price of 549 pence on 19 June 2018 over the Company's ordinary shares of 25 pence each ('Shares') under the Company's SAYE Share Option Scheme:
