The British Land Company PLC ("the Company") announces that Mark Aedy was allotted 2,708 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of 360.47 pence per share on 10 April 2026.
The allotment of shares to Mark Aedy is pursuant to his instruction to receive shares in full satisfaction of his quarterly Non-Executive Director fee.
