27 September 2018 - Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc (AIM: BKS), a cloud computing and connectivity provider for financial markets, announces that Simon Goulding, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, has informed the Board of his intention to retire from this role and as a director of the Company at the Company's next Annual General Meeting, which is scheduled to take place on 24 October 2018. On this date, Fraser McDonald, current Group Financial Controller, will be appointed as Chief Financial Officer and to the Board of the Company.

Fraser joined Beeks in April 2016 as a consultant and was appointed as Group Financial Controller in April 2017. He was a key member of the team who prepared the Company for Admission to AIM in November 2017. Fraser has over 17 years' experience in finance roles across both the private and public sector and has held senior roles including Head of Finance and Commercial Manager. He has a BA (Hons) degree in Finance from the University of Strathclyde and a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology from the University of Paisley.

Previously a consultant to the Company, Simon became full time CFO in December 2015 with a remit to manage the Company's IPO process. He leaves Beeks on a sound financial footing and will remain with the Company until 31 December 2018 to ensure an orderly handover. The Company is in the process of appointing a Group Financial Controller.
