The following amendment has been made to the 'Directorate Change' announcement released on 23 June 2011 at 07:37 under RNS No 9664I.
The name of the Deputy Chairman should read Sulaiman bin Mohammed bin Hamed Al Yahyai and not Sulaiman bin Hamed Al Yahyai as previously stated.
All other details remain unchanged.

Announcement of the appointment of Deputy Chairman of Bank Muscat
The Board of the Directors of Bank Muscat is pleased to announce the appointment of Sulaiman bin Mohammed bin Hamed Al Yahyai as its Deputy Chairman. This was recently approved by the Board of Directors of the bank on 22nd June, 2011.
