تحويل السندات القابلة للتحول الإلزامي إلى أسهم

نود الإفادة بأنه سيتم تحويل السندات القابلة للتحول الإلزامي إلى أسهم التي تم إصدارها في العام 2015م إلى أسهم عادية في البنك بتاريخ 19 مارس 2018م حسب الشروط و الأحكام الواردة في نشرة الإصدار. هذا و تبلغ قيمة السندات المذكورة إثنان و ثلاثون مليون و أربعمائة و ستة عشر ألف ريال عماني و سيتم تحويلها بسعر (316) بيسة للسند الواحد أي بخصم نسبة (20%) من متوسط سعر سهم البنك المتداول في سوق مسقط للأوراق المالية خلال التسعين يوماً التي سبقت تاريخ التحويل، و نتوقع أن يتم إكمال كافة الإجراءات المتعلقة بإصدار الأسهم قريباً.

Conversion of Mandatory Convertible Bonds

We would like to inform the market that compulsorily convertible bonds (CCBs) issued in 2015 will be converted to common equity shares of the bank on 19th March 2018 as per the terms of the prospectus. The value of the CCBs being converted is RO 32.416 million. The price of the conversion will be RO 0.316 and has been calculated at a twenty percent discount to the average closing market price, over the preceding 90 calendar day period prior to the conversion date. We expect that the process of issuance of shares will be completed soon.
