Bank of Ireland(Governor&Co)01 February 2007 1 February 2007 Bank of Ireland has announced today the commencement of marketing for an Irishresidential mortgage securitisation from its subsidiary ICS Building Society. The securitisation, Kildare Securities Limited, will be issued in Euros and USDollars and will be subject to US Private Placement Rule 144A. This notice does not constitute an offer of securities for sale in the UnitedStates. Securities may not be offered or sold in the United States absentregistration or exemption from registration.
