Results of the Meeting of the holders of the January 2017 Notes
The Issuer hereby confirms that the Meeting of the holders of the January 2017 Notes was quorate, and the Extraordinary Resolution was passed.
The Issuer will announce any decision to exercise the call option, described in the Extraordinary Resolution, in respect of the January 2017 Notes in accordance with the notice provisions as set out in the Extraordinary Resolution.
Results of the Meeting of the holders of the 2017 Notes
The Issuer hereby confirms that the Meeting of the holders of the 2017 Notes was quorate, and the Extraordinary Resolution was not passed.
Results of the Meeting of the holders of the January 2018 Notes
The Issuer hereby confirms that the Meeting of the holders of the January 2018 Notes was quorate, and the Extraordinary Resolution was passed.
The Issuer will announce any decision to exercise the call option, described in the Extraordinary Resolution, in respect of the January 2018 Notes in accordance with the notice provisions as set out in the Extraordinary Resolution.

The Issuer hereby confirms that the Meeting of the holders of the Euro 2020 Notes was quorate, and the Extraordinary Resolution was not passed.
Results of the Meeting of the holders of the September 2020 Notes
The Issuer hereby confirms that the Meeting of the holders of the September 2020 Notes was quorate, and the Extraordinary Resolution was passed.
The Issuer will announce any decision to exercise the call option, described in the Extraordinary Resolution, in respect of the September 2020 Notes in accordance with the notice provisions as set out in the Extraordinary Resolution.
