The Board of The Berkeley Group Holdings plc ("Berkeley" or the "Company") today announces that Nick Simpkin has left the Board of Berkeley with immediate effect. Ben Marks, Financial Controller, who has been with the Group for 10 years will be working closely with Rob Perrins, Group Managing Director, to manage the financial function of Berkeley pending the recruitment of a new Finance Director.
