Bank of Ireland Group plc ("BOIG") today announces that on Friday, 28 March 2025 it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares (the "shares") on Euronext Dublin, from BOIG's broker, J&E Davy ("Davy"). The shares purchased will be cancelled.
