Bank of Ireland Group plc (the "Group")

Outcome of ECB Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process

The Group has been notified of the European Central Bank's final decision on the Group's own funds requirements applicable from 1 January 2024 following the 2023 Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process (''SREP'').

The Group's Total Capital Requirement for 2024 is set at 15.84% (CET1 requirement of 11.31%). This reflects an increase of 10 basis points in the Group's Pillar 2 Requirement, resulting in a 5 basis point increase in CET1 requirements.

The Group's Pillar 2 Guidance buffer, which is not disclosed in accordance with regulatory preference, has modestly reduced following the 2023 EBA Stress Test Exercise.

The Group's CET1 guidance of >14% is unchanged.
