Bank of Ireland Group plc (the "Group")

Conclusion on Tracker Mortgage Investigation

The Central Bank of Ireland has concluded its Enforcement Investigation in respect of Tracker Mortgages with the Group. As part of the final settlement, the Group has agreed to pay a fine of €100.52 million, which is within the provisions taken by the Group in respect of the tracker mortgage examination, as set out in the Group's Interim Results 2022.
