Total Voting Rights
In compliance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Stanelco would like to notify the market of the following:
As at 30 June 2010, the Company's share capital consisted of 5,884,866,333 ordinary shares of 0.1p each. There are no ordinary shares held in treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 5,884,866,333.
The above figure (5,884,866,333) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
